摘要
北京奥运会后,我国体育进入迈向体育强国的新的发展阶段。弘扬法治奥运的理念与精神,深化体育体制机制的改革创新,对现代法治形成更加紧密的制度依赖。建设体育强国,必须面对构建法治体育、保障体育权利、依法社会行政、培育社会基础、完善法治程序、提升法治素养等方面的法治需求,应对现实发展中存在的各种挑战,积极推进我国体育改革发展和体育法治的建设进程。
After the Beijing Olympic Games, the sport in China has entered into a new stage of development for becoming a sport powerful nation. Carrying forward the conception and spirit of legislative Olympics and deepening the reform and innovation of sports system mechanisms have formed closer institutional dependence on modern legislation. For building a sport powerful nation, we must face such legislative needs as building legislative sport, ensuring sports rights, taking social administrative actions according to laws, nurturing social foundations, perfecting legislative procedures, and promoting legislative capacities, take various challenges existing in the development in reality, and actively boost the reform and development of sport in China and the construction of sports legislation.
