摘要
用电化学的方法研究了高频脉冲电镀镍钴复合镀层在NaOH溶液中的耐蚀性,采用扫描电镜观察了碱蚀前后镍-钴合金镀层的表面形貌,并测定了镀层在NaOH溶液中的极化曲线。结果表明:随着频率的增加,沉积速率提高,沉积层表面更加致密、均匀,在10%NaOH溶液中镍-钴合金镀层的腐蚀质量损失明显减小,腐蚀速率变慢;高频和直流电镀镍-钴合金镀层的极化曲线形状相似,高频脉冲电镀相比于直流电镀,更能提高镀层的耐腐蚀性。高频率对沉积层的细化可能有重要影响,并使镀层的耐蚀性提高。
The corrosion resistance of high frequency pulse electrodeposited Ni-Co alloy in 10% NaOH solution was studied. Morphologies of the Ni-Co alloy deposits were examined by SEM before and after alkaline etching. Anodic polarization curves of the deposits in NaOH solution were measured. The results indicate that with the frequency increasing, the depositing rates increase, the coatings tend to be more compact and the weight loss rates of the coatings in 10% NaOH solution decrease; The anodic polarization curves of the coatings eleetrodeposited with high frequency pulse currents are similar to that of the coatings electrodeposited with DC, however, the corrosion resistance of the high frequency pulse electrodeposited coatings are higher than that of the DC electrodeposited coating. So the high frequency pulse is of great effect on the fineness of the deposited layers and on improving the corrosion resistance of the plating layers.
