鱼腥草挥发油环糊精包合工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究鲜鱼腥草挥发油环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法以包合率为考察指标,采用正交试验法,筛选最佳包合工艺;采用薄层色谱法、X-射线粉末衍射法和红外光谱法对包合物进行了理化鉴别,考察鱼腥草挥发油环糊精的包合效果。结果最佳的包合工艺为β-CD与挥发油的比例为6~8:1(g:mL),包合温度为70℃,搅拌时间为4h。包合率平均为70.9%,包合物经TLC、IR等检查,均证明包合物已形成。结论本工艺具有较好的包合率,且包合前后主成分没有发生变化,被包合的新物相性质稳定。 Objective To study the optimal process and appraise forfi-cyclodextrin inclusion compound with the oil of fresh yuxingcao. Methods To use L9(3^4) orthogonal design,the recovery of inclusion complexe was taken to optimize conditions of inclusion.lThe inclusion compound was identified by TLC ,IR ,X-ray powder diffractometry. Results The optimal conditions were established as : the proportion of volatile oil and β-cyclodextrin was 6-8 : 1 ( g : mL ) , inclusion temperature was 70℃, inclusion time was 4 h, inclusion rate was 70.9%. the inclusion temperature 35 ℃ .The analytic result showed that the stable inclusion compound has been formed from oil and β-cyclodextrin determined by TLC ,IR ,X-ray. Conclusion The process was of better inclusion rate and formed complex was stable which had not change before and after β-cyclodextrin inclusion.
