转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性与Alzheimer病的关系

The relationship of polymorphism of TGFβ1-509C/T Gene with Alzheimer disease.

摘要 目的探讨转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性与Alzheimer病的关系。方法运用多聚酶链反应技术检测66例阿尔茨海默病及143例正常人转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性。结果AD组转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性基因型频率分别为18.18%、43.94%、37.88%,对照组分别为对15.38%、44.07%、40.55%,转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性各种基因型频率在患者组与正常对照组之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0 05)。结论转化生长因子TGFβ1-509C/T基因多态性与AD无明显相关。 Objetive To explore relationship of polymorphism of TGFβ1-509C/T Gene gene with Alzheimer diseases. Method The genotyes of TGFβ1-509C/T Gene were determined by PCR - based assay in 66 patients with Alzheimer disease and 143 healthy controls. Results There were no siganificant differences in the frequenceies of TGFβ1 - 509C/T Gene mutations between the patients and central groups ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusions cystathionine B - synthase may not be independent risk factors for Alzheimer's disease.
