摘要
0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti奥氏体不锈钢是核电工业、石油化工生产中常用的合金钢之一。但是对它的实际疲劳性能的测试在国内尚未见报导。本文按照美国ASTM有关标准和我国的相关国家标准通过应变控制实测了0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti的应变疲劳性能。得到了0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti奥氏体不锈钢在常温条件下疲劳裂纹扩展速率计算公式。对轴向疲劳试验结果应用美国ASMESecⅢ以疲劳分析为基础的设计方法进行处理,其结果表明国产0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti钢在疲劳设计时,使用ASME规范中奥氏体不锈钢疲劳设计曲线是合适的和安全的。
Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti Austenitic stainless steel is one of alloy steels used in unclear plant and petrochemical works.There is no report about the steel′s stain fatigue behavior.This paper presents the steel′s strain fatigue behavior parameters that are tested by strain control method in accordance with ASTM and state standards(GB).The 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti austenitic stainless steel room temperature fatigue crack growth rates formula is obtained.The axial fatigue test results are processed by adopting ASME CODE Sec.Ⅲ design method based on fatigue analysis.The experiment results show it is suitable and safe to adopt ASME austenitic stainless steel fatigue design curve for homemade 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti austenitic stainless steel.
