摘要 对 2 .2 5Cr1Mo钢在室温和 4 2 0℃下的疲劳裂纹扩展速率进行了测试和分析 ,得到了两种温度下的疲劳裂纹扩展规律 ,并根据测试结果对一台加氢反应器接管焊缝裂纹的疲劳扩展进行了计算和安全评估 。 In the paper, fatigue crack growth rate of 2.25Cr1Mo at room temperature and 420℃ was tested and analysed, and laws of fatigue crack growth at two temperatures were gained. Based on the testing result, crack propagation of a nozzle joint weld in a hydrogenation reactor was examined, and safety evaluation was made. Theoretical basis on safety operation for the equipment was also provided.
