摘要
水平布置的同轴双层热气导管在10MW高温气冷实验反应堆中是连接堆芯和蒸汽发生器的重要部件,管内外分别流过高温和低温氦气。在氦气工程试验回路上进行了热气导管热工性能试验,使用氦气介质,在3.0MPa,950℃温度下连续热运行时间超过98h,在3.0MPa,700℃以上温度条件下的热运行时间超过350h。还在0.1~3.4MPa压力范围内进行了20次压力循环;在100~950℃范围内,进行了18次温度循环试验。热气导管内绝热层的有效导热系数λef=0.3512+0.0003TW/(m·℃),在HTR10额定运行工况下的λef=0.47W/(m·℃)。试验结果表明,热气导管具有所要求的热绝缘性能和承受热循环。
A horizontal coaxial double tube hot gas duct (HGD) is to be used for the 10MW High Temperature Gas cooled Reactor. The HGD is an important component to link the core and the steam generator. A counterflow of cold and hot helium gas was formed outside and inside the HGD model. Its thermal performance test was conducted on a helium test loop using helium as the fluid medium.The test duration is over 350 hours at the pressure 3.0MPa,temperature 700℃ inside the HGD,including the test duration over 98 hours at the pressure 3.0MPa,temperature 950℃ inside the HGD.The HGD was undergone 20 times pressure cycle test in the pressure range from 0.1 to 3.4MPa,and 18 times temperature cycle test in the temperature range from 100 to 950℃.The effective thermal conductivity of the internal thermal insulation in HGD is λeff=0.3512+0.0003T W/(m·℃),and λeff=0.47W/(m·℃)at the normal operating condition of the reactor.The test results indicate the HGD has good abilities to resist heat flux,temperature variations and pressure variations.
