摘要
高温气冷实验反应堆(HTR-10)的热气导管和它的同轴外壳,连接肩并肩分开布置的反应堆和蒸汽发生器压力容器,管内、外分别流过从堆芯底部到蒸汽发生器的高温氦气(700 ℃或950 ℃)和反向的低温氦气(250 ℃或300 ℃),它的热性能试验将在氦气试验回路上进行。描述了氦回路和热气导管试验段的技术特征。氦气试验回路由氦回路系统、冷却系统、氦净化、贮存和压力调节系统、氦中痕量杂质的取样分析系统、参数测量、数据采集与监控系统等组成。热气导管试验段具有三层套管式结构,内设氦气内加热器,试验热气导管和冷、热氦混合器,在被试热气导管内外形成700℃和250℃或950℃和300 ℃的加压氦气反向流动环境,用来研究的HTR-10热气导管的高温热性能和在运行工况下的完整性。
A thermal performance test of the horizontal coaxial tube hot gas duct(HGD) for the 10 MW high temperature reactor test module (HTR-10) will be performed on a helium test loop (HETL). The present paper described the technical feature of the HETL and the test section of the HGD. The HETL consists of helium loop, purification, storage and pressure regulation system of helium gas, sampling and analyzing system of trace impurity in helium gas, measuring of parameters, data acquisition and controlling system, etc. The HGD test section with a triple tube structure includes an inner electrical heater, a HGD model and a cold-hot helium gas statical mixer. In order to investigate the thermal performance and the integrity of the HGD, the reverse flow of the cold and hot helium gas with a temperature of 250, 700 ℃ and later 300, 950 ℃ will be formed outside and inside the HGD model.
