摘要
利用石蜡切片法,研究NAA和IBA对饲料型四倍体刺槐组培苗营养器官组织结构的影响,发现:除茎以外,组培苗根和叶的解剖结构均出现了一定程度的差异,这些差异说明经NAA处理后的组培苗具有更强的输水、保水和抗逆能力,保持了饲料型四倍体刺槐抗旱性的特点。
Paraffin sectioning is applied to the research of the effect of NAA,IBA on anatomic structures of vegetive organs of plantlets seeding of fodder-type tetraploid Robinia pseudoacacia.The results showed that their anatomic structures of root and stem had differences to some extents expect for those of leaf.These differences showed that plantlets treated by NAA have stronger capabilities of the water-retaining,water-transporting and stress-resistance.
