摘要
目的:展示并探讨颅脑贯通伤的CT影像改变特点及其病理基础.方法:制做16条狗颅脑贯通伤模型,行CT动态扫描,并对照观察伤道及其周围脑组织的病理改变.结果:CT及病理均显示了伤道处损伤、出血、骨折严重,并有附近的硬膜内、外及脑室出血;病理示远隔部位脑组织弥散性出血,但CT上未见显示;小脑改变不明显.结论:①CT准确显示了病理证实的伤道内及附近改变,故无论平、战时,对脑贯通伤行CT检查是十分必要的.②病理不仅证实了CT表现,还补充了CT未能显示的远处微小病变。
Aim:To show and investigate the CT imaging feature of through and through injuries in brain and their pathological basis. Methods:Sixteen models of dogs with through and through injuries in brain were made. The dogs underwent CT scan. Pathological lesion in wound track and remote from the track was comparatively observed. Results:Both CT and pathology found damages. Hemorrhages and bone fragments in wounds, intraventricular hemorrhages and intradural or extradural hemorrhages nearby the wounds were observed. Diffuse hemorrhages in the brains remote from tracks were observed by pathological examination, but were not found by CT; cerebellum without obvious findings were found. Conclusions: ①CT can clearly show lesions in tracks and nearby them which are proved by pathology, so no matter in peace or war, it is very necessary that to undergo CT scan for through and through injuries in brain. ② Pathology not only can prove the findings in CT, but also can find small lesions in remote area of brain which can not be found by CT, supplying reliable foundation for improving the therapeutic and treatmental level of the through and through injuries.
