摘要
从心理契约的概念、形成和特点入手,分析了心理契约对人力资源管理招聘、培训、激励、绩效考评四个方面的影响,探讨了心理契约在人力资源管理实践中的应用。
Starting from the concept, formation and characteristics of psychological contract, this paper analyses four influences like recruitment, training, excitement, and performance appraisal of human resources management resulted from psychological contract, and discusses the application of psychological contract the practice of human resource management.
