摘要
公平性是现代薪酬管理一个关键的因素,将公平理论运用于高校薪酬管理中,可以得到四种形式的公平,即内部公平、外部公平、员工个人公平和群体公平,通过分析公平理论在高校薪酬管理中的影响和应用,揭示了高校薪酬管理中的公平性实质,在此基础上提出了基于公平理论的高校薪酬管理体系结构模型。
Fairness is the key point of modern emolument management. When fairness theory is applied to the management of emolument in colleges and universities, four kinds of fairness can be obtained, such as internal fairness, external fairness, personnel fairness and group fairness. This paper deals with the essence of fairness in the management of emolument through the analysis of fairness theory's influence and application to the management of emolument. On the basis of the above analysis and fairness theory, the structure model of the emolument management in celleges and universities is presented.
