舰船磁电相差式转矩仪的误差分析及实验研究

摘要 本文目的是寻求提高舰船柴油机输出扭矩在线测量精度的途径,以能适应舰船机舱恶劣工作环境的磁电相差式转矩仪为研究对象。根据其工作原理,从输出轴、磁电传感器和测试仪器3个方面详细分析了可能引起测量误差的原因,尤其是2路信号波形变化不一致和感应涡流引起的转速特性误差,在此基础上提出了从根本上提高测量精度的途径,并在1台船用柴油机上建立了实验装置。实验结果表明,文中所提出的方法能有效提高测量精度。 The purpose is to find methods to improve the on-line measuring precision of marine diesels' output torque. The investigation object is magnetoelectric phase-difference torque measuring instrument,which is suitably to be used under the awful environment of engine room. According to its principal, the main factors which influence this kind of measuring instrument's systemic errors are investigated from output shaft, magnetoelectric sensors and meters, especially the rotating speed errors caused by the difference of waveform changes of two signals. Some methods that can decrease measuring errors are put forward. An experimemtal device are set on a marine diesel. The results indicate that these ways can effectively improve the measuring precision.
