摘要
扭矩在工业设备和生产过程中,是经常需要检测的典型机械量之一。文中介绍了差动式磁弹性扭矩传感器的工作原理、结构特点,较深入地分析了其磁路和误差的来源,并对其主要参数提出了优化设计的方法。实践证明,该方法是行之有效的。
Torque is one of the typical mechnical quantities which are commonly detected in processes and industrial devices. The operational principle and the construction of the diffential magnetoelastic torque transducer are introduced. The magnetic circuit and error source are analezed in detail. The method of optimazation design for its main parameters is presented and its feasibility is proven in practice.
