摘要
分析指出国内铣刨机电气控制系统方面存在的不足,进而提出基于软PLC的铣刨机电气控制系统方案。以软PLC控制器为核心构建了铣刨机电气控制系统框图;为了充分利用发动机功率,提出负载控制的概念,以CoDeSys为软件开发平台设计了全部功能软件。试验表明该系统完全可以胜任铣刨机的电控工作。
The shortcomings of domestic electric control system of milling machine are pointed out, and a plan based on soft-PLC is presented. Soft-PLC is introduced as the core to build diagrams of electric control system of milling machine; in order to fully utilize the power of engine, a concept of load control is put forward, and all of the functional softwares are developed with CoDeSys. The test shows that the system is adequate for the electric control of milling machine
