摘要
文章根据9YG-1.25圆捆机的工作流程,设计了基于工程机械控制器HC-G15的电气控制系统。并在此基础上采用CoDeSys和组态软件分别开发了圆捆机控制系统和监控系统程序。通过实际运行表明,该圆捆机的电气控制系统工作可靠,操作控制方便。
According to the operating process of 9YGC-1.25 Round Bundler,an electric controlling system is designed based on construction machinery controller HC-G15,and relevant controlling and monitoring systems are developed by using CoDeSys and configuration software,respectively.The actual operation shows that the electric controlling system of round bundler is safe,reliable to control and convenient to operate.
