摘要
分析了300 MW汽轮机组起停过程中,由于转子和气缸产生相对胀差变化引起流通部分动静间隙发生变化的原因。指出,只要在运行调整中对胀差变化及时分析、控制调整参数,就可避免因汽缸变形、动静摩擦、大轴弯曲等问题导致机组损坏的严重事故。
In the start-stop processes of 300 MW steam turbines, the expansion differences between the rotors and cylinders cause change of gaps between the rotors and cylinders. Analyses and control of expansion difference while operating can prevent the serious damages caused by cylinder deformation, friction between rotors and cylinders, and macro-axis bending etc.
