摘要
提出一种计算汽轮机转子轴向热膨胀的二维数学模型,利用GALERKIN有限元法计算转子瞬态温度场之后,再计算出转子轴向热膨胀。
A two-dimensional calculation model of the axial thermal expansion for large steam turbine rotor is proposed. The temperature fields of the rotor in transient codition are calculated using GALERKIN finit element method in order to estimate the axial thermal expamsion. This paper also explores The on-line monitoring method of the differential expansion between rotor and cylinder in large steam turbine units.
