米非司酮对子宫内膜息肉雌孕激素受体、Bcl-2、Bax及Ki-67的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过检测服用米非司酮后子宫内膜及息肉中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2、Bax及增殖相关蛋白Ki-67表达的变化,探讨米非司酮治疗子宫内膜息肉的机制。方法免疫组化法检测米非司酮组与对照组息肉及内膜ER、PR、Bcl-2、Bax及Ki-67的表达,采用半定量分析。结果米非司酮组息肉及内膜ER、PR、Ki-67的表达均低于对照组(均P〈0.05),米非司酮组息肉Bcl-2的表达低于对照组息肉(均P〈0.05)米非司酮组息肉及内膜Bax的表达均高于对照组(均P〈0.05)。结论米非司酮降低子宫内膜息肉中ER、PR、Bcl-2及Ki-67的表达,增高Bax的表达,抑制子宫内膜息肉的形成及发展。 Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone on the expression of progesterone/estradiol receptors, Bcl-2, Bax and K-67 in uterine endometrium and endometrial polyps. Methods The expression of PR, ER, Bcl-2, Bax and Ki-67 was investigated by immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of ER, PR and Ki-67 was significantly lower in endometrial polyps and endometrium of mifepristone group than that of control group (P〈0.05); expression of Bcl-2 was lower in the endometrial polyps of mifepristone group than that of control group (P〈0.05); expression of Bax was higher in endometrial polyps and endometrium of mifepristone group than that of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone downregulates the expression of ER, PR, Bcl-2, Ki-67 and upregulates Bax, which may be associated with its inhibitive effect on the formation and development of endometrial polyps.
