摘要
研究了在线氧化-流动注射-化学发光法测定痕量Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的方法,基于槲皮素-过氧化氢-Cr(Ⅵ)-氢氧化钾化学发光直接测定Cr(Ⅵ),Cr(Ⅲ)经二氧化铅柱在线氧化后测定。方法简单、快速,Ct(Ⅵ)检出限为1.0×10^(-9)g·ml^(-1),Cr(Ⅵ)线性范围为1.0×10^(-8)~1.0×10^(-6)g·ml^(-1),用于环境水样分析,结果满意。
An on-line oxidation flow-injection chemiluminescence method for determination of Cr( Ⅱ ) and Cr( Ⅵ ) is established and reported in this paper. Hexavalent chromium is directly measured with Quercetin -H_2O_2-KOH chemiluminescence reaction and the determination of Cr ( Ⅱ ) is carried out after on-line oxidation of Cr( Ⅲ ) to Cr( Ⅵ ) with PbO2 column at 85℃. The detection limit is 1. OX10^(-9)g ?ml^(-1) for Cr(Ⅵ ) with a linear range from 1. OX10^(-8)~1.0X10^(-6)g ?ml^(-1). The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of Cr( Ⅵ ) and Cr( Ⅲ ) in environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
