Determination of Lead and Mercury Anion by Pyridine 2 acetaldehyde Benzoylhydrazone Derivatization and High Perfomance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 从吡啶-2-乙醛苯甲酰腙作柱前衍生试剂,在优化了的衍生和色谱条件下,实现了用高效液相色谱法同时测定铅和汞离子。在phe-nomenexspherexC18色谱柱上,用甲醇-水(65∶35,V/V)作流动相,于248nm处检测,得到线性良好的工作曲线,铅和汞的最低检测限分别为2.55μg/L和7.29μg/L。分析了环境水样品和合成水样,铅和汞的标准加入回收率分别为98.3%~101.7%和98.0~102.0%。 new method was proposed for the quantitcation of lead and mercury anion by HPLC after derivatization with pyridine 2 acetaldehyde benzoylhydrazone.Some improvements in the conditions for the derivatization and separation were made using methanol water as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL/min .The derivatives were separated on Spherex C 18 column and detected at 348nm.The minimum detection amounts for Pb 2+ and Hg 2+ were 2.55μg/L and 7.29ng/mL repectionely .The method was used to determine lead and mercury in water samples with satisfactory results.The recoveries for Pb 2+ and Hg 2+ were 98.3%~102% and 98%~102%, reapectively
