摘要
以α-溴-2,3,4,5,6-五氟甲苯作柱前衍生试剂,经优化衍生和色谱条件,实现了用高效液相色谱法测定硫氰酸根离子。在ODS柱上,用甲醇-水(80:20)作流动相,于254nm检测,得到线性关系良好的工作曲线,最小检测限为4.7ng。分析了吸烟者唾液样品,回收率为93.7%~101.4%。
A new method is proposed for the quantification of thiocyanate anion by HPLC after derivatization with α-bromo-2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorotoluene. Improvements in the conditions for the derivatization and separation are established using methanol-water (80 : 20) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml/min,the derivative was separated in about 5 min on an ODS column and detected at 254 nm. The minium detection amount is 4. 7 ng. The method was used to determine SCN- in human saliva of regular smokers with satisfactory results ,giving recoveries of 93.7% -101.4%.
