门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖对初诊2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的评估门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖对初诊2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响。方法对45例初诊2型糖尿病患者,予门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖治疗,疗程4周,观察治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛β细胞功能、体质量指数(BMI)变化及低血糖事件发生情况。结果治疗后患者血糖及HbA1c水平均显著下降,胰岛β细胞功能明显恢复,体质量指数无明显变化,低血糖发生率低。结论门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖能有效地控制初诊2型糖尿病患者的血糖,显著降低HbA1c,改善胰岛β细胞功能。 Objective To assess the effects of insulin aspart 30 and acarbose on β-cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods Forty-five newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were treated with insulin aspart 30 and acarbose for 4 weeks. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial plasma glucose (2hPG), glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbA1c), β-cell function, body mass index (BMI) and the incidence of hypoglycemia were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, FPG, 2hPG and H bAlc were significantly decreased,β-eell function was significantly improved, no significant changes were observed in body mass index,and the incidence of hypoglycemia was low. Conclusion Therapy with insulin aspart 30 and acarbose could effec tively control blood glucose,significantly decrease HbA1c and improve β-cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.
