摘要
利用2kW的CO2气体激光器在45钢上熔覆Cu+Cr2O3粉末,获得了良好的的熔覆层。SEM观察发现,熔覆层组织中出现分层现象,由黑白两层交替组成。成分分析结果表明,黑层组织是富Fe相,而白层组织是富Cu相。以上双层组织形成过程与激光熔覆时溶池中的流动密切相关。
