摘要
选用新型耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱DB5012胶粘剂对高纯α-Al2O3陶瓷膜管-20#钢进行连接,在常温及550℃下对粘接试样进行了抗拉强度测试,用XRD、SEM等方法对α-Al2O3陶瓷膜管/胶粘剂/金属粘合部分的微组织结构进行了表征。结果表明,α-Al2O3陶瓷膜管/胶粘剂/金属套接接头界面镶嵌致密,无缝隙气孔,在常温下抗拉强度达到了24.45MPa,在550℃高温下为19.75MPa。该胶粘剂在常温及高温工况下均能达到理想的使用效果。
The α-Al2O3 ceramic membrane tube is bonded to 20# steel with the DB512 adhesive of high-temperature endurance, corrosion resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. The tensile strength of the bonding samples is measured at normal and 550℃. The crystalline phase identification and microstructure are observed using XRD and SEM. The experiment data show that the setting of the interface of α-Al2O3 ceramic membrane tube/20 # steel is com- pactly and the interface doesn't have gap and pore. The bonding samples of α-Al2O3 ceramic membrane tube and 20 steel have ideal tensile strength 24.45MPa at normal temperature. At 550℃, the tensile strength falls to 19. 75MPa. The results show that the DB5012 adhesive can obtain an ideal application effect at normal and high temperatures.
