活性端基液体橡胶增韧不饱和聚酯的研究 被引量:13

摘要 合成了丙烯酸酯封端和马来酸封端两种活性端基液体橡胶,并且用于不饱和聚酯(UP)的增韧。探讨了这种液体橡胶的分子量、加入量、端基种类、UP种类等因素与增韧效果的关系。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、DSC、抽提分析及力学性能测试研究了增韧UP的结构与性能的关系,并在此基础上探讨了活性端基液体橡胶增韧UP的机理。 The acrylate terminated and maleic acid terminated liquid rubbers were prepared and used to toughen UP. The relations of the toughening effect to the molecular weight, the content, end groups type of the liquid rubbers, UP type and so on were investigated. By tested the mechnical properties and characterized with SEM and DSC, the relations of the properties of toughened UP to the structure were researched. Based on it, the toughening mechanism of the liquid rubbers with reactive end groups were also investigated.
