摘要
应用双波长系数倍率法测定复方磺胺甲唑片中的磺胺甲唑和甲氧苄啶，结果准确可靠。平均回收率分别为９９．８％和９９．７％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．３８％和０．４７％。
Sulfamethoxazole(SMZ) and trimethoprim(TMP) in compound sulfamethoxazole tablets were analyzed by dual wavelength Kratio spectrophometry at 295,245 and 239 nm. The average recoveries of SMZ and TMP were 99.8%(RSD=0.38%) and 99.7%(RSD=0.47%) respectively.
