拟青霉E7蛋白酶发酵条件及酶性质研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对产蛋白酶的淡紫拟青霉E7菌株发酵条件进行优化,得到利于产酶发酵培养基配方:以2%大豆粉为碳源、2%麦麸及1%硝酸铵为氮源,pH值7.0,28℃,150mL三角瓶装液量为30mL,培养时间72h。对该酶性质研究结果表明:蛋白酶在40℃热稳定性较好,最适pH值为10.5,在pH值9~11范围内具有较高的酶活与耐碱性。 the fermentation conditions of Paecitomyces lilacinus e7 which producing protease was optimized. the results showed that the optimum fermentation medium containing soybean powder 2%, bran 2%, Nh4No3 1%, ph 7.0, 28 °c the liquid volume was 30 mL in 150 mL triangular flask, protease activity was improved when the strain E7 growed 72 h under the optimum conditions. the optimum temperature for protease activity was 40 °c and ph value was 10.5. Protease had strong activity and alkali resistance for ph 9-11.
