摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀对老年2型糖尿病并高脂血症患者降脂疗效及安全性。方法选取年龄≥60岁老年2型糖尿病高脂血症122例门诊病人,分为服用阿托伐他汀组66例(A组),服用普伐他汀组56例(B组),分别治疗8周。比较治疗2组前后相关临床参数:血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、以及空腹血糖(FBS)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酸激酶(CK)。结果2组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C与治疗前相比下降,差异有显著性;治疗后HDL～C与治疗前相比上升,差异有显著性;ALT、CK相对稳定;2组之间差异无显著性。结论阿托伐他汀是治疗老年2型糖尿病高脂血症患者安全而有效的药物。
Objective To study the effects of atorvastatin in elderly patients with type-2 diabetes with hyper lipidaemia. Methods 122 Elderly type 2 diabetes complicated hyper lipidaemia were selected and were divided into two groups,including 66 diabetes （group A）,56 diabetes（group B）. Atorvastatin and Pravastatin were given for an average period of 8wk,its effect were compared with. The levels of total cholesterol （TC）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C）, low density lipeprotein cholesterol （LDL-C）, and triglycerides （TG） were examined before and after treatment. Results after Atorvastiatin and Pravastat therorpy,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C significantly decreased;HDL-C increased;ALT and CK have no obvious diference. Conclusion The results suggest that atorvastatin can decrease blood lipid level safety.
