摘要
[目的]研究新乡市卫河沿岸蔬菜内重金属含量及污染现状。[方法]以人们广泛种植的菠菜和油麦菜为研究对象,每种植物选取了5个地块,每个地块按照梅花形布点法,选取5个样品组成混合样品,测定其中的Pb、Cd、Cu、Zn含量并采用单因子污染指数法进行评价。[结果]菠菜和油麦菜中的4种重金属含量均超过了国家食品卫生标准。菠菜主要受到Pb、Cd、Cu的污染,油麦菜主要受到Pb、Cd的污染。两种蔬菜受Pb、Cd、Cu的污染属于重度污染,受Zn的污染相对轻一些。[结论]菠菜和油麦菜中的重金属含量与人们用污染的河水灌溉有关。
[ Objective] The research aimed to study vegetables along Weihe River in Xinxiang contaminated with heavy metals content and the pollution status. [ Method] The widely-planted vegetable spinach and Lactuca sativa were selected as the research objects. Five different plots were chosen for each plant and five samples were selected in each plot by using plum-shaped arrangement method to form the mixed samples. The contents of Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn were determined and evaluated by single-factor pollution index method. [ Result] The contents of 4 kinds of heavy metals in spinach and L. sativa exceeded the national food hygiene standards. Spinach was mainly polluted by Pb, Cd, Cu and L. sativa was mainly by Pb and Cd. Two kinds of vegetables were heavily polluted by Pb, Cd, Cu and slightly polluted by Zn. [ Conclusion] The content of heavy metals in spinach and L. sativa was related with the irrigation with the polluted river water.
