碱性成纤维细胞生成因子对经胎盘诱发鼠脑肿瘤的生长及新生血管形成的影响 被引量:2

The effects of b-FGF on the growth and neovessels of the transplacent induced brain tumor in rat.

摘要 目的观察碱性成纤维细胞生成因子(b-FGF)对经胎盘诱发鼠脑肿瘤模型的影响。方法取孕17天大鼠,腹腔注射亚硝基乙基脲(NEU,100mg/kg)建立脑肿瘤模型;取120天子代鼠,立体定向注射b-FGF或生理盐水建立实验组和对照组;标本行HE和GFAP染色,IBSA486细胞图像分析仪测定肿瘤和新生血管的情况。结果 b-FGF组的肿瘤直径、肿瘤截面积、血管面积和血管数均大于对照组。结论b-FGF可以促进肿瘤内部的新生血管形成,这也可能是b-FGF影响肿瘤生长的原因。 Objective To observe the effects of b-FGF on the growth and neovessles of the transplacent induced brain tumor in rat. Methods The animal model was established on the 17-day pregnant rats with one dose of N-Nitrose-ethylurea (NEU, 100mg/kg), given by intraperitoneal injection, b-FGF or nomal saline (10μl)was separately injected by sterotaxie technique into right temporal lobe on offspring rats 120 day after birth to establish the experimetal group and control groups respectively. Tumor size and neovessels were measured and analyzed using IBSA486 graphic analysis system. Results The diameter and area of tumors were large in b-FGF group than in control group, so were the area and count of neovessels. Conclusion b-FGF can promote the intratumor neoangiogenesis, which might be one of the causes that b-FGF influences the growth of tumor.
