摘要
对新选育的品种须进行一年多点或多年多点的品种区域试验,以检验各参试品种在不同地点的产量稳定性及品种与地点的互作效应,对各参试品种的丰产稳产性及地区适应性作出综合评价。AMMI模型在分析品种与地点互作效应方面有明显的优势,可定量地描述各品种稳定性差异以及各地点对品种鉴别力的大小。应用AMMI模型对2007年湖北省白肋烟区域试验3个试点7个参试品种的丰产性及稳产性进行了分析,结果表明,品种22081与9902其丰产性好,稳产性较好,适宜在各试点种植;2406、22083稳产性好于22081、9902,但丰产性差,在推广应用时需慎重;23014的丰产性及稳产性均较好;1603-5丰产性及稳定性均较差。
One or more year multi-location variety tests need to be conducted for new varieties so that their yield stabilities and the interactions between varieties and locations can be evaluated. AMMI model has obvious advantages of analyzing the interactions between varieties and locations, and it can described the differences in the stability of varieties and the discriminability of varieties in different locations quantitatively. The prolificacy and yielding dependability of three pilots and seven varieties were analyzed for burley tobacco regional trial in Hubei province with AMMI model, the result showed that the variety 22081 and 9902 had high and stable yield with wide adaptability; The yielding dependability of variety 2406 and 22083 was better than variety 22081 and 9902, but it had a poor prolificacy, thus reduce its production value; The variety 23014 has better prolificacy and yielding dependability; The variety 1063-5 had a poor prolificacy and yielding dependability.
