摘要
应用AMM I模型对6个马铃薯品种的区试产量进行了分析。结果表明:在线型回归分析的条件不具备时,AMM I模型可解释基因型与环境之间的互作。通过AMM I模型双标图和稳定性参数可以比较基因型与环境互作的大小,进而评价各参试品种的稳定性与适应性。
The Addition Main Effects and Multiplication Interaction (AMMI) model was used to analyze the data of 6 potato varieties in the regional trains at 6 sites. The results showed that the AMMI model could interpret G × E interaction in the absence of conditions necessary for the conventional linear regression analysis. G × E interaction could be estimated with the stability parameters which were clearly shown on the biplots of AMMI, by which the stability and adaptability of the varieties could be evaluated.
