摘要
非诉讼业务实践教学能为学生提供典型案例和相关经营、管理岗位的法律文书样本,创设法律咨询、资信调查、企业申报、税收申报、合同审查和谈判等情境,使学生通过角色模拟了解和掌握与法律相关的非诉讼业务的实体知识和程序规程,培养学生处理经济领域法律事务的能力,改变法学专业学生单一的知识结构,为学生就业创造有利条件。
The practice teaching of non - litigation will provide the students with some typical cases and samples of law writs for related business and management positions. Some situations will be set up in the course of teaching, such as law consultation, credit investigation, tax application, business declaration, contract verification and so on. Hence, by means of role-play, the students will get the knowledge about the substantive law and procedural law in terms of non-litigation. This will help cultivate the students＇ capability to deal with legal affairs in economic field, change their single knowledge structure and create favorable conditions for their future employment.
