摘要
目的:探讨脑外伤后合并高渗高血糖非酮性昏迷的病因及治疗。方法:对7例脑外伤后并发高渗高血糖非酮性昏迷的病人进行回顾性分析,前6例采用常规治疗,最后1例彻底调整了治疗方案。结果:7例中前6例死亡,最后1例痊愈。结论:伤后处于脱水应激状态是并发高渗高血糖非酮性昏迷的重要诱因。治疗原则是抢救休克、补充失水、纠正高渗、降低血糖、解除酸中毒、防治并发症。
Objective:To go further into the causes and treatments of hyperglycemic hyperosmolar nonketonic coma(HHNC)after head injury.Methods:Retrospective analysis to 7 cases of HHNC after head injury was made.The first six cases were receieved routine treatment,and the plan of treatment for the last one case was adjusted thoroughly.Results:The first six patients died and the last one was removed.Conclusion:Irritability and dehydration after head injury is the significant predisposing cause of HHNC.The principal of treatment inclues:give emergency treatment against shock,replace the fluid,redress the hypertonic,lower blood sugar,relieve from acidosis as well as prevent and cure the complications.
