摘要
近20年颅脑损伤的研究得到巨大的发展。本文从继发性脑损伤的研究进展、神经保护药物治疗的研究现状、亚低温治疗重型颅脑损伤疗效的客观评价和脑损伤的分子生物学研究等几个方面,介绍国内外有关研究的现状及展望。
Immense advances in traumatic brain injury have been remarkable taken within past 20 years. This paper introduced some hot spots in the study of traumatic brain injury, including secondary brain injury, pharmacology,hypothermia and molecular biological research.
