Clinical progress of application with percutaneous vertebroplasty

摘要 经皮椎体成形术(Percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)是经皮穿刺病变椎体注入骨水泥,用以治疗由椎体骨质疏松性压缩骨折及椎体原发或转移性肿瘤所引起的脊背部顽固性疼痛的一种脊柱微创介入手术。其治疗效果目前已得到广泛认可。术前注重选择适合的患者及术中注意应用合理的穿刺及骨水泥注入技术是此项手术取得良好效果及避免严重并发症发生的关键。
