摘要
目的观察通窍化痰方治疗小儿腺样体肥大的疗效。方法对32例腺样体肥大患儿采用通窍化痰方加减治疗,30天为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前、治疗1个月、治疗2个月及治疗3个月鼻塞、打鼾、张口呼吸、呼吸暂停等主要症状改善情况,并分别计分。结果治疗2个月、治疗3个月的疗效优于治疗1个月疗效,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);各疗程鼻塞计分较治疗前及前一疗程均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);打鼾症状及张口呼吸症状积分均在治疗2个月后较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通窍化痰方治疗小儿腺样体肥大疗效良好。
Objective To observe the curative effect of ＂Tongqiao Human Decoction＂ in treating children with adenoid hypertrophy. Methods Thirty-two children with adenoidal hypertrophy were treated with ＂Tongqiao Huatan Decoction＂, with a course of 30 days for total 3 courses. The scores of main symptoms including nasal obstruction, snoring, mouth breathing and apnea were observed and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after each course. Results The effects after the second month and third month of treatment were better than after the first month （P 〈0.05 ）. Such symptoms as nasal obstruction symptom, Snoring and apnea were improved after treatments（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Tongqiao Huatan Decoction＂ is effective in treating childhood adenoid hypertrophy.
