摘要
为适应新形势,提高药学教育人才培养质量,该文结合我国的医药状况,阐述药学生应具备的核心素质,包括专业素质和创新素质。其培养策略主要有转变药学教育观念,更新教育目标、培养方案、实践计划、课程体系和教学方式。
To meet the requirement of new situation and pharmacy talents cultivation quality, this paper discusses the cultivation of core quality of Pharmacy students that includes specialty quality and creative quality. The new cultivation strategy focus on the transforming of conception of pharmaceutical education, the updating of educational aims, cultivation scheme, practical training scheme, curriculum setting and teaching modes.
