摘要
随着医药体制改革的不断深入 ,药品生产、经营企业及医院将面临不少新问题、新挑战 ,随之而来对人才培养也有了新的要求。作为主要为这些单位输送人才的高等医药院校 ,需要分析、预测这些要求并进行相应的调整 ,采取切实可行的措施 。
The thorough reformation of curative system raises some new requirements of pharmaceutical talents who work in manufactory cooperations,supply cooperations and hospitals. As the university is to cultivate the pharmaceutical talents,we need to make an analysis, forecast these requirement,and change the current training mode which are not fit for these requirements.
