摘要
目的探讨微创方法治疗前尿道损伤的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析近年9例采用输尿管镜下经尿道置尿管治疗前尿道损伤的临床疗效。结果本组9例患者,均经试导尿证实为前尿道断裂,全部采用输尿管镜下置导尿管术。术后随访1-12个月,效果满意并发症少。结论采用输尿管镜下置尿管治疗前尿道损伤方法,是较理想有效的治疗方法。
Aim To approach therapeutic efficacy of method in the treatment of anterior urethral injury by micro-damage.Methods Retrospective analyses were made in 9 cases of anterior urethral injury by putting urethral catheter per urethra with ureteroscope.Results In Aetio-array of 9 cases anterior urethral injury were all confirmed through try-on urethral catheterization and urethral catheter per urethra was put with ureteroscope.The patients were followed up for 1 to 12 months.The procedure was satisfactory in all with fewer complications. Conclusion The treatment of putting urethral catheter per urethra with ureteroscope is believed to be the most ideal surgical procedure for the treatment of anterior urethral injury.
