摘要
目的针对新疆地区基层医院的尿道狭窄患者进行双极等离子尿道内切开治疗,记录治疗过程观察临床治疗效果。方法采取回归性分析方法,针对本院过去92例尿道狭窄的患者进行双极等离子尿道内切开治疗方式进行病症干预,以上患者资料均属患者及患者家属自愿提供。结果本院收集的92例患者中存在85例手术成功的患者资料,在85例患者中存在69例首次腔内手术成功病例;另外还存在10例尿道狭窄病症复发的患者进行了再次手术治疗;另外还有6例患者因为执行腔内手术失败更改为开放式的手术治疗。接受手术治疗后患者都采取了定期进行尿道舒张的干预治疗,其中32例患者在进行腔内手术治疗后的2到5个月内进行了关于尿流率的复查检验,患者中尿流率最高者在14到35(210.5±7.96)ml/s,患者的平均尿流率在10到24(15.92±5.82)ml/s之间。结论针对新疆地区的尿道狭窄患者采取了基层医院进行的双极等离子尿道内切开治疗方式是十分有效的,整体的操作过程对患者的伤害小、效率高,是非常值得在临床中推广的科学治疗方式。

Results： In our hospital＇ s collection of 92 patients in 85 patients with successful operation of data, for the first time in 85 patients in 69 cases of lumen surgery successful cases; In addition there are 10 cases of urethral stricture disease recurrence patients for surgical treatment again; Because there are 6 patients performed cavity surgery failure changed to open surgery.Patients after surgical treatment is adopt the intervention treatment of urethra to relax on a regular basis, including 32 cases of patients in the cavity of 2 to 5 months after surgical treatment for review test of urine flow rate in patients with urinary flow rate was the highest in 14 to 35 ml/s （210.5 ＋ 7.96） , average urine flow rate in the patients with 10 to 24 （ 15.92 ＋ 5.82） between ml/s. Conclusion： For patients with urethral stricture of the xinjiang region adopted basic-level hospitals in bipolar plasma treatment methods are very effective in the urethral, the operation of the whole process of the harm of patients with small, high efficiency, is worth popularization in clinical treatment of science.
