摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定感冒灵胶囊中咖啡因含量的方法。方法采用Venusil MP-C18色谱柱;流动相：甲醇-水（25∶75）;流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长：273 nm;柱温：20℃。结果咖啡因在0.07648-0.68832μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000,平均回收率99.6%,RSD为0.8%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of caffeine in ganmaoling capsule.Methods The HPLC system consisted of Venusil MP-C18 column,methanol-water（25∶75） as a mobile phase,with a detection wavelength at 273 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 and column temperature was 20℃.Results The linear range was between 0.07648 and 0.68832 μg,r=1.0000.The avery recoverage was 99.6% with RSD as 0.8%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can be used in the quality control of ganmaoling capsule.
