摘要
高职院校教学管理是以院系二级管理体制为主,院系二级教学管理模式下教学管理的效度直接影响教学质量。因此,分析教学管理中的权力形式,建立权责明确,运转高效的教学管理模式是提高教学质量的关键所在。探讨高职院系二级教学管理模式中的权力冲突,并制定冲突控制的基本策略,是协调教学管理的正常运行的关键。
With the development of the higher vocational colleges, teaching quality of the higher vocational college is receiving increasing attention. Today, teaching management in higher vocational college practices the Two-level Management system between colleges and departments, under which teaching management validity is related to the teaching quality. So it is the most important to do analysis on the rights in teaching management to establish an efficient management system. The article tries to explain the right conflicts in the he Two-level Management system in order to coordinate the development of the teaching management.
