摘要
对我国研究生培养机制的现状进行了梳理,从研究生培养机制的运行机制、动力机制和约束机制等方面,分析了现行研究生培养机制存在的不足,在此基础上,就如何完善研究生培养机制提出了相应的建议。
This paper introduces the current situation of cultivating mechanism of graduate students, and analyses the defects in cultivating mechanism of graduate students from three aspects： operation mechanism, motive mechanism and restraint mechanism. On this basis, the author puts forwards some advice to perfect the cultivating mechanism.
