摘要
探讨了天然气在节能减排中可发挥的作用。结果表明,天然气利用效率高,燃烧排放的CO2、SO2、NOX以及烟尘较少,可在节能减排过程中发挥重要作用;1m3天然气与相应可替代的煤炭相比,可节约能量11%～73%,减排二氧化碳47%～84%,氮氧化物44%～95%,二氧化硫和烟尘近100%;由于等热值的天然气价格高于煤炭价格,欲发挥其节能减排效果,需制定科学的环境税收政策和价格政策,不断完善相关的法律体系。
The role of natural gas in the energy conservation and emissions reduction was discussed. The results showed that natural gas had higher utilization efficiency and less combustion emissions such as CO2,SO2,NOX,and fume,thus natural gas played an important role in the energy conservation and emissions reduction. Compared to the corresponding alternative coal,1 cubic meter of natural gas could save energy by 11%～73%,could reduce emissions of CO2 by 47%～84%,NOX by 44%～95%,SO2 and fume by nearly 100%. Considering the price of natural gas is higher than that of coal with equal calorific value,the scientific environment tax policy and price strategy should be constituted and the related legal system should be improved successively to give full play of natural gas to the role of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
