摘要
发展第三产业一直被认为是缓解能源紧缺,提高经济效益的重要方式,但是,从单位能耗考察,我国第三产业的能源效率是很低的,这一问题被长期忽视。通过调查发现,我国第三产业的能源消耗以建筑能耗为主,能源的使用效率较低。主要的原因除了节能建材较少使用外,还有建筑功能的设置,使用方式等的不合理因素。
Developing the tertiary industry has long been recognized as an important way to relieve the handicap of energy and improve the economic performance. Yet, judging from the index of unit construction of energy, the use of energy in the tertiary industry is rather poor in efficiency, a problem that has been ignored for a long time. Investigation shows that the construction consumes the majority of the total, and their use of energy is ineffective either. Besides less use of the energy-saving building materials, the mis-orientation of the building function and the way to use the facilities also account for the issue.
