摘要
试验初步探讨了不同剂量的山楂叶总黄酮对黄羽肉鸡脂肪代谢的影响。480只21日龄雄性黄羽肉鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复30只。对照组A组饲喂基础日粮,试验组B、C、D组分别在基础日粮中添加5、10和20 mg/kg的山楂叶总黄酮。试验期为42 d。结果表明:(1)日粮中添加山楂叶总黄酮对黄羽肉鸡脂肪的沉积具有一定的调节作用:49日龄时,添加山楂叶总黄酮提高了鸡的脂肪沉积量,其中20 mg/kg剂量组肉鸡腹脂率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);63日龄时,添加山楂叶总黄酮降低了鸡的脂肪沉积,其中20 mg/kg剂量组皮下脂肪率与腹脂率分别比对照组降低了20.1%(P<0.05)与26.6%(P<0.05),血清TG、TC水平也显著降低。(2)添加山楂叶总黄酮对49日龄黄羽肉鸡肝脏MD的活性无显著影响,但显著降低了脂肪组织中脂肪分解关键酶-HSL的活性(P<0.05);63日龄时,随着添加剂量的升高,肝脏MD的活性有降低的趋势,其中20 mg/kg剂量组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);同时脂肪组织HSL的活性也有升高的趋势(P>0.05)。表明试验后期脂肪合成减少,而脂肪分解增强。(3)日粮中添加山楂叶总黄酮显著降低了黄羽肉鸡49日龄及63日龄时血清insulin的水平;对血清Leptin水平呈现阶段性变化:在黄羽肉鸡49日龄时,显著升高了血清Leptin水平;63日龄时,降低了血清Leptin水平,其中10 mg/kg剂量组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。
This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of hawthorn leaf flavonoids (HLF) on lipid metabolism in broilers. A total of 480 21 - day - old yellow - feathered broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups, of which one group contained 4 replicates with 30 birds each. Birds in treatment A were fed with basal diet and served as control, while birds in treatment B, C, D received basal diets supplemented with HLF at 5,10 and 20 mg/kg of HLF respectively. The duration of experiment was 42 days. The results showed that : ( 1 ) Different effects of HLF supplementation in diets on the fat deposition were observed, which varied with the growth - stages of the yellow - feathered broilers. At the age of 42 days, the abdominal fat rate of the broilers increased compared to those in control, while at the age of 63 days, the subcutaneous fat rate, the abdominal fat rate and the concentrations of TG and TC in sera all decreased significantly in the birds of the 20 mg/kg group. (2)At the age of 49 days, the activities of hepatic MD showed no significant differences among the 4 groups, but the activities of HSL in the adipose tissues of the HLF - supplemented groups were significantly lower than those in control. At the age of 63 days, the activities of hepatic MD of the birds in the HLF - supplemented groups were significantly lower than those in control(P 〈 0.05 ), but the activities of HSL in the adipose tissues of the HLF - treated groups slightly increased ( P 〉 0.05 ). ( 3 ) The Insulin levels of the HLF - treated groups were lower than those in control. The Leptin levels in sera of the HLF - treated groups showed different changes, which increased at the age of 49 days and decreased at the age of 63 days.
