摘要
工程项目沟通信息不完备环境直接影响沟通效率,对工程项目的质量、进度、成本等产生重大影响。本文通过对工程项目沟通中信息不完备环境产生的原因及其对工程项目沟通的影响机理进行分析,提出了解决工程项目信息不完备问题的项目信息门户对策。
In construction projects- environment of incompelecte information influence not only the rate of communication, but also the qulity, advance, cost of projects. This paper analyzes the reason of producing incompelecte information environment and influence on communication in construction projects, discussing the countermeasures of PIP to solve the problem of incompeleete infor- mation in construction projects.
