摘要
提出了建筑业的信息模型及信息模型中的信息不对称问题，在分析业主和承包商在招投标阶段及履约阶段的信息不对称，及如何消除信息不对称的基础上，研究了信息对称度与工程成本及收益的关系，并用数量分析的方法研究了如何确定最适度的信息对称度区间。
This paper explores the Information Model of Construction Industry and researches Asymmetric Information problems in the model. Based on the analysis of Asymmetric Information in the phases of tendering and construction between clients and contractors, the paper analyzes the relationship between information symmetry and construction cost＆ revenue, and studies how to determine the optimum range of information symmetry using quantitative methods.
